**$2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR LICENSED PEST CONTROL TECHNICIANS**

 

What We’re Searching For:

JP Pest Services is steadily growing, and we’re looking to expand our permanent, full-time roster with new, motivated individuals. This is an entry-level position open for immediate hire with a fully paid training program; perfect for anyone with experience in other industries such as landscaping, automotive, lawn care, and contracting work. We service homes and businesses throughout New England and are currently seeking new team members in the Southern Boston area.

Our team is made up of passionate, sharp, polished service professionals who proudly represent the JP Pest Services brand, which is not only changing the game but raising the bar for the pest management industry. Our field service technicians are the face of JP Pest Services when interacting with customers in the communities where they live & work. We want our customer experiences to reach new benchmarks through the innovative services we provide and the care we extend for their pest situations. 

Blueprint of a Top Service Professional:

We refer to our technicians as “Service Professionals” because we hold ourselves to high standards and are committed to getting the job done right the first time. Though this is an entry-level position, you will be able to serve as an observational biologist or detective with a forensic eye by the time you complete our intensive training program, taught by our team of accredited pest management experts. Our Service Professionals help people resolve complex pest scenarios through their deep understanding of pest biology, conducive conditions, and the custom approaches we offer to resolve them.

When we do our jobs well, we deliver peace of mind to our customers who count on our expertise to solve their toughest pest problems. Many pests wreak havoc in different ways, threatening harm to our health, homes, and even business reputations. We go home proud every night knowing that a “job well done” for us means that we helped each of our customers from potential harm associated with these pests.

~What You Get~

 

 

Compensation:

  • $20.65/hour for the first 3 months of training

  • $21.25/hour for months 3 - 6 of employment

  • $22.30/hour after 6 months of employment

  • $23.95/hour after 1 year of employment

  • Career Advancement Plan in place to compensate technicians looking to further advance in their pest management career

  • $2,000 sign-on bonus for pest control technicians hired with a current pest control license in-hand at time of hire, paid in installments

Training:

  • As an entry-level position, there is no pest management experience required; instead, our accredited pest experts will provide all the training and coaching necessary to succeed.

  • Full rate of pay provided during your training period.

  • We pay all associated service license fees.
